Lyn & Jan Step down as Joint Chairs!
On behalf of the committee, and the whole of the community, we would like to extend an endless thank you to both Lyn and Jan for their tireless work over many years for the festival and its relative charities. For several months of each year, both Lyn, Jan, and their husbands Terry and Roger, have devoted their lives to running this festival for the benefit of this community and the charities that we donate to.
Thank you simply is not enough, they will both be impossible to replace. The current committee, ones previous, who have served under Lyn and Jan, the community of Allesley, I'm sure will join me in extending our eternal gratitude to both Lyn and Jan, enabling the continuation of this incredible festival tradition for generations to come. Thank you ladies!!

What a FANTASTIC festival this year has been! Thank you to everyone who has come out and supported us at any of the events this last week. And yesterdays carnival was fantastic, despite the shaky start to the day with the rain. We were so glad to see that clear up and move away so it was a dry Carnival procession. Also the evening was equally as enjoyable with Jagfest 2 in full swing and some great acts taking to the stage. Thank you once again and now let the planning commence for 2017's festival!!

09/04/16

Allesley Festival recently commissioned a new community notice board to be made by local craftsman Paul Liggins. We would like to place on record our thanks to Paul for doing such a fantastic job in making something we can be immensely proud to give to the local community.

Thanks to all who were in attendance as the board was officially opened.
